Dondra Ward Uzoka, CEO of Sidnae Global Research, is passionate about supporting organizations that create healthier communities. Specializing in federal grants for health programs, she and her team have helped nonprofits win $8M+ in competitive grant awards. As a Grant Professionals Association Approved Trainer, Dondra loves to work with mixed-level groups and cohorts. Before starting SGR, Dondra worked at the US Dept. of Health and Human Services and US Environmental Protection Agency. She has earned an M.S. in Biotechnology and the Grant Professional Certified (GPC) credential.
Beatriz Moreno, Grant Writer
Beatriz Moreno, owner of Beatriz Moreno Consulting, LLC, is an Entrepreneur, Fundraiser, and Culture- Keeper. She is a proud Latina and immigrant; born in Honduras, she spent her childhood and teenage years growing up in Southern California and her native country. She brings an extensive professional background on both sides of the fundraising equation - setting up grantmaking programs for philanthropies and assisting organizations in securing funds. She's raised over $5.2 million for clients and set up grantmaking programs to award another $4.5 million. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, travel, equity, and culture.

Chivis Alanis, owner of The WellAware Society, LLC, is a highly driven bilingual (Spanish) leader offering over ten years of senior-level grant writing, strategy, program design, project management, community impact, and equity/inclusion initiatives experience. Dr. Colleen McMilin, owner of Roadrunner Science Communications Consultancy, LLC is a public health practitioner, academic, and registered dietitian (RD) with extensive experience developing programs and writing grant applications. She has secured funding for more than 15 projects over the course of 10 years totaling $1.85 million. She is passionate about women's and children's health, unrecognized women in science and diversity in STEM. Colleen holds a Ph.D. in Health Sciences, a Master of Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition, and has met the Commission on Dietetic Registrations (CDR) criteria to earn the RD credential.

Shannon Middleton, owner of Royal White Consulting, LLC, has over 25 years of experience working with local, state, and federal organizations to assess, analyze, and improve organizational efficiency and program implementation. Shannon has expertise in helping nonprofits prioritize and streamline their efforts to ensure that they are poised to submit competitive proposals that are aligned with their mission. Shannon has a Master of Public Health with a concentration in maternal and child health and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education.

Mara Bacsujlaky, owner of Sustainable Results LLC, specializes in positive youth development, environmental education, health and wellness, rural infrastructure, community and economic development, and community planning and sustainability projects. She contributes diverse experience in providing these services to Alaska Native tribes, remote rural communities, non-profit social services and environmental organizations, and institutes of higher education. She has expertise in assisting young and/or smaller non-profit organizations in the assessment of grant-readiness and alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and overall mission.

Nakia Whittaker-Woody, CEO of KISS Virtual Services. Keep It Super Simple Virtual Services is an Administrative Virtual Service Provider. KISS Virtual Services supports SGR's customers during onboarding and scheduling, and they provide technical assistance and participate in proposal development. KISS works remotely with female social entrepreneurs, coaches, and small business owners by partnering with them to expand their businesses, offering the resources and support to help them achieve more with less.
