Grant Writing Bootcamp is a "deep dive" into the federal grant proposal process. Throughout the three, 4-hour sessions, you will study 8 important parts of a federal grant request. You will learn how to write and evaluate a Need Statement, a Project Budget, Project Goals and Objectives, and Logic Models- a new requirement for many grants. We also discuss best practices in grant management; new issues like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion;  and how the 2020 Presidential election will reshape the face of nonprofit funding over the next 4 years. New for 2021: Each registration also receives 2 hours of 1 to 1 support with the trainer!

Session Dates (6/15/2021, 6/16/2021, 6/17/2021 (1PM- 5 PM EST). Can't attend every day? No worries each session will be recorded and available for viewing at your convenience for 3 months.

About Your Trainer 


Dondra Ward, CEO of Sidnae Global Research, will lead the training. As a grant reviewer she has evaluated  $200M+ in grants and contracts for 10 government programs in health, education, agriculture, and environment. As a grant writer she has helped nonprofits- large and small- develop winning proposal strategies for foundation and government grants.  Dondra is a Grant Professionals Association (GPA) Approved Trainer and has gained her Grant Professional Certified (GPC) credential from the Grant Professional Certification Institution. Only 359 have this credential in the USA and only 12 other individuals have received it in Maryland and Washington DC combined.
