Health Resources and Services Administration
1. Rural Health Network Development Program (RHND)
The RHND Program aims to support integrated health care networks that collaborate to achieve efficiencies; expand access to, coordinate, and improve the quality of basic health care services and associated health outcomes; and strengthen the rural health care system as a whole. HRSA intends for the RHND Program to address gaps in service, enhance systems of care, and expand capacity of the local rural health care system. Award Amount $300,000

Health Resources and Services Administration
The purpose of the is to increase the number of primary care nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, and certified nurse midwives trained and prepared to provide primary care services, mental health and substance use disorder care, and/or maternal health care. Grants will support the training and graduation of advanced practice registered nursing (APRN) students/trainees in these disciplines. Awardees will provide tuition and other eligible supports to trainees, build academic-clinical partnerships to facilitate clinical training, and continue to develop and sustain clinical faculty and preceptors as needed. Applicants are strongly encouraged to recruit students/trainees and faculty from diverse populations. Funding preference will be given to eligible entities that train APRNs students to practice in underserved and rural communities or state and local health departments

Health Resources and Services Administration
National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs) develop, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate training and technical assistance (T/TA) to existing and potential Health Center Program award recipients and look-alikes (health centers) nationwide, both directly and through collaborations with other HRSA funded T/TA partners. The purpose of this funding opportunity is to support the development and delivery of training and technical assistance (T/TA) that support health centers to:
1. Deliver comprehensive care
2. Address emergent public health issues and health needs;
3. Improve operational effectiveness and quality; and
4. Advance health equity.
Existing health centers include both Health Center Program award recipients and look-alikes. Potential health centers include organizations that are applying for or seeking information about applying for an award (e.g., New Access Point [NAP], Service Area Competition [SAC]) or look-alike designation.

Employment and Training Administration
The program addresses bottlenecks in training the United States nursing workforce and expand and diversify the pipeline of qualified nursing professionals through two training tracks. The first track (Nurse Education Professional Track) will increase the number of clinical and vocational nursing instructors and educators by training new or upskilling experienced current or former nurses (including retired nurses) into advanced postsecondary credentialing necessary for nurses to become clinical and vocational nursing instructors and educators. The second track (Nursing Career Pathway Track) will train frontline healthcare professionals and paraprofessionals, including direct care workers, to advance along a career pathway and attain postsecondary credentials needed for middle- to high-skilled nursing occupations during the grant period of performance.
