Grant for Hospitals: TI-23-010 Emergency Department Alternatives to Opioids Demonstration Program





Grant Alert! The US Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has a new opportunity, TI-23-010 Emergency Department Alternatives to Opioids Demonstration Program (ED-ALT). The purpose of this program is to develop and implement alternatives to opioids for pain management in hospitals and emergency department (ED) settings and reduce the likelihood of future opioid misuse. This program also supports the identification of and intervention for individuals presenting with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).
