Dondra helped our Grant Committee think through some really tough issues as we moved forward to establish our nonprofit partnership of seven hospitals. She came to us at a time when we were deciding next steps and the future of our program. She was an excellent facilitator at our weekly meetings, brought new ideas to the table, and helped us navigate the world of grant funding.

… Recently, our site was rewarded a very competitive grant that many of my colleagues have applied, but have been unsuccessful. I have never been involved in the process and had a million questions. Dondra was very patient, accessible, and approachable. Dondra was able to formulate a deviated plan from the puzzle pieces I gave her during a planning meeting. SGR has been an instrumental part of our grant writing team. Working together, we have secured two major grant awards that greatly expand the medical center’s ability to support underserved people in the County dealing with chronic disease.
